I already miss my phone chats with Aunt Judy. I loved calling and sharing the latest things happening with my kids and occasionally telling on my dad, her younger brother Steve, for a new shenanigan! She was quick to make a joke, kind hearted when offering me advice and always made me feel loved. She and Uncle Jim stayed with me and took care of Grace when I had Jack. It is a memory I cherish and laugh when thinking about Aunt Judy figuring out the Easy Bake Oven that Grace insisted they use. I selfishly, miss both Aunt Judy and Uncle Jim for me, but what a great day when they were both reunited. If there are beautiful gardens in Heaven, then Uncle Jim had one waiting for his bride.

I have very sweet memories of Judy, who was one of the first members of the Fischer family I met when I began dating Andy. She treated me with great warmth and kindness, and, of course, she was always beautiful. Sending my love and condolences to all who loved her. May her memory be eternal.

Ah, Judy. What a woman. Small but powerful. When I was married to her brother Steve, we visited them several times in San Francisco and Seattle. They were always so welcoming. I'd appreciate Judy sitting icing her knees after playing tennis just so she could right back on the court. She had the heart of a lion. You never wondered how Judi felt about something, she'd not be shy. She raised a wonderful family. Judy lived a life worth living. The planet was a better with her on it but I believe she had better things to do. Thanks for being such a good friend Judy. I'll miss you. Kathy

We have been GREAT friends during and since college. We were part of the STNY (same time next year group) There were 10 of us that planned a 3 day time somewhere away to play golf, dig clams, play cards, eat, etc. WE loved each other and miss those days terribly. Judy will be missed and remembered for her darling smile, sweet personality and such a good friend. Thanks Bruce for keeping us informed as time has moved on.

Judy has been our long time friend -- during and since college. We have been part of "STNY" ( same time next year group) for many, many years. Jim and Judy were our constant and fun part of that group. Our last time together was after Jim passed away --- Judy asked me to remind her to "stand up straight". She didn't want to appear hunched over. She was a very dear and favored friend and we will miss her terribly. Thanks Bruce for keeping us updated on her.

My memories of Judy go back as far as my younger years, it seems like she was always a member of our family. Happy times at Holidays and especially our trips to Sunriver with loud tennis matches and games. But the time that seems to cement in my thoughts is the Thanksgiving when she was to bring mashed potatoes and she put cottage cheese in them!!! What a clever thing to do since Dad made cottage cheese for a living!!! We send all our sincere thoughts at this difficult time; we will always remember Judy!!!

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Fischer family. I have wonderful childhood memories of Judy being so welcoming and gracious to the friends of her children. Their house was the place to gather! I also recall many a competitive tennis match with both Judy & Jim! Warm Regards, The Neklason Family

Jim & Judy were wonderful friends here in Trilogy. Judy loved playing Canasta with the "girls" in the neighborhood, and always loved social get-togethers. Donna visited her several times, with other gals, after she moved from Trilogy. Am sure God has blessed her and she and Jim are reunited in a wonderful place. Miss both of them.

Judy was such a lovely kind woman and I truly enjoyed the time she lived at Cedar Ridge. Bruce and Rhonda were very good to her and that was a joy to see, Judy was always so excited when they came to visit.

One of our deepest lasting memories is of the faithful and loving care Judy gave Jim during the years that they together met the challenges of his cancer diagnosis. She used all of the gifts she had developed over a lifetime on his behalf.

Judy and I were born just two days apart and lived next door to each other as toddlers. Our moms loved to stroll us around town during the late'30's and until the Jacksons moved to Hubbard and to the Lexington-Ione area of Eastern Oregon. We got together off and on over all the growing up years, having great fun, laughing hysterically as young girls do, enjoying precious visits. We called each other on our birthdays and reminisced about the old days. Judy was a bright, kind, beautiful soul. How lucky I was to have been her friend!
